    Recreational land - a territory (area) are designed for recreation, tourism and sporting events.Lands of recreational land owned green areas and green spaces of cities and other human settlements, educational tourism and ecological paths, marked trails, land occupied territories holiday homes, resorts, objects of physical culture and sports, inns, campgrounds , yacht clubs, stationary and tented tourist camps, houses of fishermen and hunters, children travel stations, playgrounds and sports camps and other similar facilities, and land provided for dacha construction and building of other stationary objects recreational purpose.

    Recreational land subdivided into intended for short-term recreation - land of green areas and green spaces of cities and other human settlements and so on. Earth's designed to accommodate stationary objects recreational use - areas within and outside the settlements, which are placed socio-cultural, tourist, tourist and recreational facilities and other recreational facilities [1].

    Depending on the location of recreational land divided in the earth, which are recreation areas, tourist sites for sporting, cultural and recreational activities within the settlements, the land of green areas and green spaces, which are located recreation area population at 'objects of tourism for sporting events outside settlements.
